Getting Started with Your Hosted Instance

Steps specific to Squirrel Research customers after your instance has been provisioned.

Receive Your Credentials

After your Order Form is signed and your instance is provisioned, you'll receive an email with your instance URL, admin credentials, and setup checklist.

Configure Your Instance

Log in as administrator, set up your study structure, create user accounts, and configure access permissions. Use the NiDB Administrator Guide for reference.

Import Your Data

Upload existing neuroimaging or research data using NiDB's import tools. Our support team can assist with bulk data migration from other systems.

Invite Your Team

Add researchers, coordinators, and collaborators as Authorized Users. Assign roles and study-level access permissions to match your lab's workflow.
